Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new IP (Intellectual Properties) rights management company. We deal with a lot of music copyrights, but also other IP rights. The company will include a cloud based subscription service for creators and owners. We need this logo to show stability and trust like a bank, yet creativity since we are managing primarily creator's rights. Needs to represent Transparency and efficiency. The primary name, ClearBox, should be prominant, with the word "Rights" as present, but less dominant, perhaps under the logo. Looking for simple design that is eye catching, and easy to duplicate without being dependent on color or lots of detail.
