Brief de Design de Poster

We need a graphics for advertising banner promoting web project www.queerprague.com
Approximate size 120x40inch (3x1meters) - Therefore, it is required vector graphics, any embedded bitmaps in high resolution.

We launching new social network and city guide application for Prague visitors.
Keywords for poster are: city, Prague, traveling, rainbow, party, colors, holiday,..
It must contain the dominant text "QUEERPRAGUE.COM".
Banner will be placed on an float (allegorical car) in the parade Prague Gay Pride 2014. And this banner will be the dominant car graphics.

- modern party look
- it should be understood that it is the queer(gay) web :)
- appropriate use of rainbow colors( or elements) in the graphics
- is possible to use silhouette of Prague

update:
- preferred is a vector graphics (vector elements)
- with regard to the size of the banner is not suitable the one big bitmap photo
- banner will be horizontal
