Brief de Design de Papeterie

We're a startup called workflowww with Phase 1 of a super exciting Virtual Office Manager software and app launching this October (workflowww.com)

While we've got some basic items such as the corporate identity and website locked down, we're still lacking the essential little communication items that potential customers will be receiving from us.

We need a designer who can bring out a consistency into our stationery both on the online and offline items. We'd also like a recommended graphic style to represent the visuals that will be shown, especially in our user manual eg. icon-based OR flow chart style etc.

The list is as below. We're looking for templates here as the final items will be laid out at a later stage only when all contents are finalised.

1. A4 horizontal, 4-page brochure template
- circulated in PDF
- also allocate space for 2 equal size images per page
- page 1 with a prominent header, page 4 with a prominent footer
- to provide files in AI or PSD format
2. A4 horizontal, 20 page User Manual
- circulated in PDF
- also allocate space for 1 large image and 1 small image per page
- page 1 with a prominent header, page 4 with a prominent footer
- to provide files in AI or PSD format
3. Electronic direct mailer template
- for maximum of 200 words
- to provide files in AI or PSD format
4. A4 vertical, Letterhead template
- used in PDF form (potentially for press releases)
- prominent footer
