Brief de Design de Brochure

We are looking for an informative brochure that will convey the potential savings a hospice agency will experience by using us as their PBM (pharmacy benefit manager). We pay their pharmacies for all medications administered to their patients, and by our ability to broker cheaper rates with pharmacies we are able to reduce the drug cost to the hospice agency.

I've included our company logo, it would be preferable to utilize the tones of green and blue for any backgrounds or graphic images on the product.

We want to convey that we are a national program, we will reduce their (hospice agencies) drug costs, and we can provide them with their CMS 8358 reports. These reports consist of many fields of information required by Medicare in a specific format that will import into their software.
