Brief de Design Wordpress

We need a wordpress design for an established auction and real estate company based in Kansas. The winning design will incorporate a professional color scheme with company logo in a clean layout with specified widgets. The design needs to consider that this will be developed on a responsive theme. Colors are blue and gray, with perhaps black or other as an accent/highlight color.

Page will have large slideshow, please use either image provided as the initial slide. Homepage will have auctions - as at http://acmeauctionco.com/upcoming-auctions/. Home page will also have 2 calls to action: "NOTIFY ME OF UPCOMING AUCTIONS" (newsletter signup), and "I AM READY TO SELL. PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR A FREE CONSULTATION." with an email button.
