Brief de Web Design
We are about to launch a new support page for our www.lightrocket.com service for photographers and visual artists. The service provides media management, cloud storage, promotional and secure distribution to our members.
The support page will include FAQs and video tutorials.
In particular we're looking for a header for this page that suggests the user is in the support area of our service - so perhaps an illustration that suggests support could look nice (perhaps repair man or doctor iconography). Something to give this area of our site a different look and something that looks both cool and friendly.
Currently the page looks distinctly sparse and undesigned (see attached screenshot) - something that could be remedied, we feel, by some subtle design enhancements that we can implement using CSS.
