Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for a new firm for some minor marketing of non-profits. We are based out of Atlanta. The idea is that instead of most marketing firms that want to blast, shout, or amplify your message or brand, we want to 'pull' you in closer to ours on your own. ...also to give you 'pull' with your clients.
It's called the Pull Group, but we'd like to show the logo as 2 versions; "the pull group" and also simply "pull"
Open to colors, fonts, etc. Just prefer a very readable and modern look & feel.
