The same design for each badge or different design icons for each different badge?

I have submitted the set of badges for your review. I wasn't sure about the sizing for them. So please advise me if I have set them up wrong and I will correct it.

Hi RSCM - the size needs to be exactly 300 pixels wide by 50 pixels tall. These don''t need to look like an actual badge.... can just be fun graphic with name of award (i.e. Zuperstar). I loaded a file that shows a couple examples we came up with using clip art :)

I have revised the artwork as per your comments. I noticed I have the "Grinder" badge as "Top Grinder" instead of "Grinder Award", let me know if that needs to be changed. I hope you like them. I simplified them from the original due to the size.
