Hi i need to know about info that should be put on each page, bi fold means there was 4 pages all

also the pricing offer was too small for 4 pages, need to increase bit higher, designer only get $119

I will put the text together. It is a 2-sided design template so I don't really think it will be too much work for a designer to take on. An 8 1/2" x 11" piece of paper folded in half and one of the 4-sides of the end result will be predominantly for mailing address and return address so it will be mostly blank. I'll see if I can sketch out a bit of an example of what I am thinking and that should help. Basically like a newsletter format with text, some photos and maybe a graph or chart. The main thing I'm needing is the template/layout utilizing a similar look and feel to the 2-sided PDF flyer I attached originally showcasing my vacation rental management services. If this project doesn't work I'll probably just work with a local designer to get it done, but figured I would give it a try here first. Thanks.
