Brief de Design Graphique

I run a small window cleaning business in Sydney called 'Outlook Solutions Window Cleaning'. I provide a window cleaning service for residential and commercial business' and want to move the business forward and specialise in the aged care industry.
The colours i would like to use are Blue and Orange. I also want the logo to appeal to someone who wants there house windows cleaned. The logo must be able to fill both needs - residential and business sectors (aged care facilities).

If possible I would like something eye catching, yet simple - but not corny. A symbol that is punchy and represents the business. This is to be the main Logo of my business on my cards, letters, flyers, invoices and vehicle. Size appropriate.

I primarily do window cleaning - houses and commerical, but I also do gutter cleans and building washdowns - can this be listed in small print beneath the logo for example:

I am flexible with designs and fonts but would prefer a blue and orange combination or blue and green combination. Keeping in mind it must be simple, concise and attractive.
