Brief de Design de Logo

Hi guys,
I have been struggling with my logo for a while and after having one designed by an agency (very flowery and pink) - which we dont use!! - we now use a self-made one, which again isnt right. Check it out under www.justsimplyaccounting.co.uk

The colours we like are dark pink and Xero blue (www.xero.com), but I am open to suggestions :-)

Our main customers are medium sized businesses. We therefore want to appeal to the larger organisations and need a logo that oozes professionalism, accuracy, but using modern technology (cloud computing). So the logo must look clear-cut, NOT grungy, NOT swirly and NOT flowery.

Our focus is on business support instead of just year-end business accounts. We dont want a Dollar or Pound sign in our logo, nor any numbers that suggest "bookkeeping services", or in fact any characters meaning "money".

What we are after is a high res PSD file so the logo can be used for business cards, letter heads, and the website.

Please also specify any fonts that are used so they can be acquired.
