We need a logo design for a new neighborhood we are building called Sutton Place in Knoxville, Tn. The logo would go on all marketing materials for the neighborhood and as a sign on the brick wall entrance for the neighborhood. The homes are low maintenance luxury all brick courtyard homes targeted at single professionals, empty nesters, young couples, etc.
