Brief de Design de T-shirt

I am looking for a T-Shirt design for my upcoming dance festival.

The dance is Brasilian Zouk and the event is going to be held in Washington DC.

What I am looking for is an interesting T-shirt design that will have a unique design on the front maybe outlining some of DC's memorials/monuments.

On the back should be the Logo between the shoulder blades.

The instructors will have their own shirts that say "Teacher" somewhere.

I have added some banners of my event to help with some visuals.
