Brief de Design de Logo

We our a small group of real estate agents. Need a logo that incorporates our name Ken McCord Group. Looking for a design that is simple, elegant, attention grabbing ,memorable. In addition to marketing materials: this will be placed on For Sale and Open House signs and needs to be visible from distance as people drive by. We strive for a professional, upscale image in the marketplace.

We work for a company that has signage guidelines and we want to really have stand out the Name as our Logo  Ken McCord group in interesting way (lettering and colors etc)  that is noticeable and memorable as there is not much space available for large designs in addition.
