Brief de Design de T-shirt

I'm looking for graphic artists as opposed to designers to produce artwork for a range of premium t shirts. This project is only to provide an opportunity to showcase your work and is just the beginning. The winner will not necessarily be the best or only design that I would like to use. I'm looking to work with several artists in the longer term and will look at negotiating individually with each artist I wish to work with.

I appreciate that each artist has their own style. What I'm looking for is work that is indicative of your style because as I build the range each artist will likely be featured individually.

Work should be designed as vector art and up to 6 colours so that it can be printed either as direct to garment or screen printed plastisol.

Of particular interest, though not mandatory, is occult art, witches, wizards, occult symbolism, and mysticism.

Hello to all designers and artists who have submitted work for our t shirt design contest. I have to say I have been blown away with the quality of your work, the professionalism of interactions and all of your enthusiasm and encouragement for our fledgling project as a premium t shirt printing company. What started out as a concept that was only a part of the business now looks like becoming something much larger, and that is all thanks to your input and enthusiasm.


To those artists who I've already had personal interactions with, I am so looking forward to seeing your work printed and up on our web site for sale to the world, as well as continuing to develop our working relationship. And also thank you for allowing me to push and challenge you to develop your artistic styles and creativity. Believe me that's not going to stop, because what I found is that many of you just opened up and blossomed artistically. And it is precisely that ability to take your artwork to that next level that I'm seeking.

To those of you who have submitted work but we haven't elected to work with you, it is not in any way a reflection on your abilities. There are definitely a lot of works that have been submitted that I like a lot, but due to various considerations such as ability to convert work to an acceptable print format, or designs not reaching the level of complexity that we are seeking those designs have had to be rejected. To all artists in that category I wish you well in your artistic careers and thank you for taking the time to submit your work to this project.

Now, it's down to judging the winner of this contest. We have probably half a dozen designs that we are considering, and that is no easy task. It is a constant backwards and forwards looking at each design and its merits and trying to determine what differentiates it and makes it better than the others. However a winner will be announced by the end of this weekend.

And finally, thank you all for your submissions. It has been a an absolute pleasure seeing all your work and perhaps our paths may cross again in the future on DesignCrowd.
