Brief de Design de Logo

I am a consultant, coach and instructor. I initially formed HBS Resources, Inc., as the entity that I could use for billing purposes while I still had a "real job." Now, consulting and coaching is my real job, and I want to push HBS Resources forward as my full-time identity. I primarily want to appeal to organizations that want help with their business plans, strategic initiatives, structuring their staff, crafting compensation plans, assessing their strengths and weaknesses. I also am involved in several one-on-one coaching relationships in which I help my clients (usually after an initial immersion session) maintain their focus on the goals we've set together. Finally, I teach courses at universities and in trade associations. I use highly collaborative, engaging techniques in my teaching. Some people have told me that my gift is "conceptualizing" - in the course of an interview, I can quickly form an understanding of where you are and where you want to be, which enables me to pose the most effective questions. "HBS" are my initials but do not have to be explained in the logo. "Resources" is the idea that I can produce results in several forms - written analyses, presentations, negotiations, documents, etc. I bring 30+ years of experience, education and ongoing training to the table.
