1. Please do start with homepage design. That is ok.
2. I uploaded the attachments after posting the brief about 5min ago. I will re-check that they are there.
3. The site name is CertOnTrack. I have not submitted a logo yet. Please leave blank.
4. I have one concern about payment Guarantee. I have not seen similar competition on this site (in scope) and I cannot guarantee payment without a degree of confidence in the quality of deliverance. I would be happy to make payment guarantee if you can show me other successful competitions with a simliar scope or once I am confident of the quality based on the initial submissions.

Its a 9 PAGES PSD design contest, but you have kept the winning Price USD 440. I think budget is very less for 9 PAGES CONTEST.

Can you increase the BUDGET some more.
I assure you to show nice designs on your project ALTHOUGH its not guaranteed.

I understand that you consider $440 low for 9 pages of work.

I consider that some of the pages will use material that will have features replicated across (home / how it works / pricing / help) and some of these pages are not very complex.

I have not seen other examples of competitions of this structure (9 pages) and have thus very little reference with regards to reward / budget. I have come across competitions with higher and lower prizes. If you can give me examples of similar competitions or other suggestions to help me re-define the budget I will consider it.

I also know that all the 9 pages will not to be fully designed. Part It need to design more or less Half Elements of each pages.

Also i assure you to show my designs, then if you feel really the budget should be increased, then INCREASE.

Would you be so kind as to provide a logo / convey your colour and style preferences? Perhaps pick a few key sites out and say what certain aspects you like/dislike? That will enable us all to focus our design work precisely on what you want rather than having to second guess form the longer list of links provided. That way we can spend more time crafting the designs for the site and you have to spend less repeating guidance to each of us in turn.
