Brief de Design de Poster
We want to create a theme and story through to educate employees on being better consumers within healthcare. The following area's are where employees and employers are losing a lot of money.
1. Cost Variance-Hospital A might charge $1,000 for a MRI and Hospital B (5 miles away) might charge $4,000. We want to make people aware of not only the cost but the quality.
2. Misdiagnosis-Please see attached file regarding the stats. We need to make people aware the doctors and hospitals make errors
3. Second Opinion-We have the ability to provide second opinions for those that get sick and they don't have to leave their own home-Our clinical nurses take care of everything.
A few theme options that we have are:
• "Don't spend your wealth getting your health"
• "Know before you go"
• "Together we solve healthcare"
• "Be Aware About Your Care"
• “Did you know” campaign? – campaigns that ask questions
• Community solves the healthcare problem - like the "go green" campaign
• "Care Before You Get Care"
• Help a friend (Messaging around helping others - reminder about our services)
• Symbol to carry throughout and create a story
• Health coach, health angel, guard, guide, ally, May Day
We are open to campaigns around any and all of these ideas.

- Engagement Content Summary
The engagement content should create a call to action that focuses on simplicity, savings, and navigation through the healthcare space. It should create a story that is memorable across marketing pieces/tactics and resonates with an employee’s emotions. The content can be summarized in three factors:
Motivation – need to create campaigns and messaging that reminds them they have the services and is memorable so that they use the services when the time comes; messaging should resonate with an employee’s emotions – pleasure, pain, confusion - and create action
Ability – the engagement content should create a call to action and focus on simplicity. For example, one click healthcare, YOUR personal assistant for healthcare, it’s never been so easy.
Trigger – the content should include proactive messaging and direct employees to do something

- This will be around 2-3 designs to start with and then end with a total of 10-15 based on additional hiring and additional payment.
We see this as mini billboards inside buildings to drive awareness about becoming a more educated healthcare consumer-We will provide some additional content to build the design.
Think of this being a campaign that can be carried out through a number of mini billboards.
