Brief de Design de Logo

I need a new logo for an existing business that I have just bought. The logo is for a sporting goods shop selling apparel, footwear and training & playing equipment etc for all enthusiasts of netball - players, coaches, managers, umpires, supporters of all ages.The shop is located at the Hamilton Netball courts in NZ, however there is a website which is also targeted for customers all over the country. I would like the logo to have appeal not only for the younger players 5 - 18 years, but also the mums and dads, and participants over 30+. Fun, funky, a little under-stated perhaps with an aqua or burnt orange colour associated with it.
