Ten One Ltd is a small building company that specialise in building refurbishment and total keyturn solutions for run down properties that are in need of love, care and attention.
We generally work with people who have money and are prepared to be advised on what needs doing to the property to achieve maximum return, money is not always a problem. 'It costs what it costs'
We work to a very high standard and very rarely need to return to a job once completed.
