Brief de Design Wordpress

We are a small and quirky Bed and Breakfast lodge, seeking a accommodation WordPress website design.

The design we are after must have a sexy photo heavy look for this custom Word Press design. It should be a rather unique layout, as different as possible and still easy to navigate around.

If you are willing to accommodate modifications, additions and exclusions during the job then this is for you. Decisions will be entirely based on your designing style. You need to provide this level of unique graphics, including the buttons, images, basically every element of this unique design

Warning: You must be confident to deliver at this level, no amateur attemps here!

This project requires the design part only. Once we choose the winner that we like, we will then ask the winning designer if she/he has the ability to develop a functioning site.
ADDITIONAL RATES for installation/set up and coding will then be negotiated.

The site requirements are:

•Site must be optimized for smart phoen users as well as for websites
•Be in dual language (English, German)
•create an iframe also called mini booking widget)You can see an example of the mini widget under www.sirvoy.com/demo-hotel-reservation-system/
The iframe/mini widget should scale with the home page and stay’s in his respective spot at all times. The I frame also needs top be installed on all 8 main pages/ easily accessible at all times.

In addition the website should have:

•Hi Res Photos & Graphics viewed as slides & packed in a a sexy photo heavy look.
•Use of our logo (attached)
•Text and photos should be Lorem Ipsum except the buttons which are specified below.
