Brief de Design de Logo

I am looking to start a financial/business services enterprise, based in Edinburgh and covering the whole of Scotland. The business is going to be called "Licensed Trade Solutions (UK) Ltd", (integrated financial solutions for the licensed trade). The logo should have a prominent "LTS" & only a small mention of the full name further down the page (in the marketing literature).

The principal services will be payroll, stocktaking and bookkeeping - where we will seek regular recurring weekly/monthly work.
A more in depth consultancy arrangement will be available for those using our primary services and will be covering the following
1)business purchase/negotiation and sale preparation
2)financial planning/forecasting and bank liaison
3)start up and compliance advice
4)an essential document resource centre
5)cost price comparison guidance and "preferred supplier room"
6)commercial funding solutions and bespoke domestic mortgages for high net worth individuals
7)tax advise and pension planning
8)opportunity identification and optimisation
9)crisis management & insolvency support
10)various other relevant bespoke services.

The overall image needs to communicate competency, friendly easy-to-talk-to people, slick professionalism, modern thinking, and an extremely well designed aesthetic. Most importantly, it needs to have relevancy to the modern licenced trade sector.

Having established a LOGO and an overall brand identity, the imaging then needs to be carried onto the following mediums which I will also need designed AS PART OF THE SAME PROJECT (included in the price)
1) Business cards
2) Letterhead
3) Brochure Sleeves/Covers (a4)
4) a4 Fact Sheets (x4)
5) a4 Brochures (4 sides)

The imaging also needs to be able to transfer well onto internet pages, it is my intention to hand over your work to the web developer in the expectation that they need to do very little to it in order to create a nearly identical 'feel'.
