Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a company based in Hawaii called "Control Freaks". We are an audio video "AV" and automation company that does home theaters, lighting and shade control, sound systems, security system, surveillance systems, central vacuum systems, and more. Our company mission is to "Simplify Technology" for our clients. Everything we do aims to make thing simple and reliable for our customers.
The feel of our company is fun, but luxurious so the colors should reflect that. We were thinking of red, black, and silver or gray as colors to use, but we're open to any color scheme that works and looks well. Majority of our competitors use blue and one dominant one uses orange so we would like to stay away from those colors as primary colors.
This is the first step in our design and the color scheme we choose will set the tone for all other company design.
The final design of the logo should communicate simplicity, fun, and luxury. Thank you for your time
