Brief de Design Graphique

We are setting up a new website consolidating 30 years experience supporting personal and spiritual change & earth healing.
Our 'elevator pitch' is: "Heart-for-Change is an online community of heart. It is a source of information, thought-provoking comment, and energetic spiritual techniques for awakening heart, self-development, global change, activism and healing. It is based in spiritual, heart-based values of compassion, equality, individual choice and responsibility, and in purposeful life that recognises and acts upon our shared responsibility towards the Earth and all life on it."
Keywords for our brand: direction, hope, service, healing, love, nourishment, growth, centeredness, empowerment, home.

We need a banner for our website, with a design that we hope (later on) can be the basis for development of a logo, ebook & cd covers, etc. (if you do a great job, we'll be back for more!)
We have played around with ideas and colours, and have a mock-up of something we like, with the elements and the colour 'families' we like - see psd attachment.
We would like you to work from this, although if you have some great ideas to improve on it we are open to having a look! For example, a repositioning or resizing of elements to better balance the image. We are open to having a background the same as the webpage template, or a different colour to create a block.

We want something that conveys / includes these elements:
- Heart: radiant, uplifting, giving hope, but also grounded on/in the Earth. We like yellow-gold for the heart, and the presence of the Earth with the underline to ground it. Our focus is not on float-away, but to be here and do something, with hope and expansiveness.
- Positive change being created by heart, eg, lavender purple vibes radiating out.
- Growth, nourishment, life force, what the heart gives, eg, a green leaf, green vibes. Happy to have a more vibrant green.
- All the interpretations of Heart for Change, eg, from finding and knowing your own heart to change your life, through to working with the One Heart to change the world.
- The words “Heart for Change”, as the words have meaning and we want them in our web banner.

We want
- some texture/variation of hue in the colours, eg, a hand-drawn look, rather than blocks of solid colour
- the graphic of the Earth as provided, it comes from a book we have already published
- a similar kind of font for the words. Open to variations, just needs to have zip and presence.
- a much better leaf than the one in our mock up! eg, with some depth and life to it, and better angle/positioning to improve how it relates to the heart and the rest of the banner.
- radiating waves/vibes (eg, green, purple in mock-up) to have a presence, and indicate the real presence of the heart's radiance, but not taking away from the words.

Size: please create image in the same proportion as the attached psd, that is, 2200px wide, 530px high, 250dpi. It can be bigger, as long as relative increase to both h & w.
