It is still nothing like what we have described in the brief.

Here are the 2 main things which are incorrect in the design submitted:

1 The first sentence in the briefing document document (Page 1 Brief.docx), says: "Text to appear is in blue".
So only the text in blue: "How do you transfer his knowledge to the next generation?" and "Energy Future: Capturing knowledge and delivering immersive learning experiences across the organisation" will appear on the poster.

What you have done is copied all the text in the briefing document and pasted in our guidance notes. These guidance notes are there to help you come up with three cartoon images of the people.

If you take the time to read the guidance notes, you will see what we are looking for.

2. The photograph and the three figures you have put in the design are completely wrong. The guide photograph (Page 1 guide.png) specifically says to create one engineer and not the four people shown, and if you refer back to the briefing document it clearly says to create an "Image (probably cartoon/drawing/sketch) of engineer in his 50s" and later in the paragraph it states the type of style we wold like to see created. Not photographs (which are visual guides only) but cartoon characters.

So please carefully read the briefing document (Page 1 Brief.docx) and the guide photograph (Page 1 guide.png) and follow the instructions carefully.
