Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for a new business in the US, perhaps afterwards worldwide. I want to sell 100% Belgian chocolate to cook or bake with, you can also just eat it. My clients are people who like to do homecooking with the very best ingredients, or people who want to start a small business in cupcakes or chocolate desserts. This chocolate is used by the finest toprestaurants and bakeries around the world. For my homecooking target audience quality is important. They like to enjoy life with family and friends but in style.
I would like to have a design that refers to the cocoa bean.
The logo has to stand for quality, a century of knowledge, pure ingredients, homecooking, happyness, upscale but not posh, it has to be recognizable as a brand, modern (but not too modern) also classy not cartoonish. It is possible that in the future I will need packages or chocolate boxes with this logo.

The logo will be used in printing, on computer, on clothing (sewing), on cups, packages, ...
