Brief de Design Graphique

I am going on a bike trip through burgundy with several friends in June. I would like to design our own customized bike jersey to commemorate the trip and wear on the trip.
I envision the majority of the design being a large image created from a picture (or graphically treated picture) of vineyards of Burgundy retreating into the distance with a blue sky. (like the attached picture in the file).
Two other elements in the design should be someone riding a bike (i've attached an example of an art deco poster with someone riding a bike) and wine being poured into a glass (attached an example of an art deco poster with bottle and glass). Also somewhere in letters large enough to read should be the title of the trip which is: LA RANDONNEE A BICYCLETTE 2014
I imagine main colors should be burgundy (wine), blue (sky), earth tones, green leaves on vines, etc.
A deco or slightly whimsical treatment could be fun.
also add you ideas... i just don't want it to be too busy.
I also attach a template for a bike jersey. Anyone who wants to do this should get on the web and look at all the bike jersey design in pictures. I attach an address to the Blossom Ride Jersey which I like (big design, not too busy) except for the stupid Lions logo in the center that ruins it or the Lake Chelan Century jersey that also gives a large image.
