Task Outline: Create a WordPress design
Task Description:
We are new business (Germany) in the market of saving costs by power-saving (name: 'wir-senken-ihre-Stromkosten.de'). This is reached by changing the supplier, the use of LED bulbs, energy saving washing machines, stoves, microwaves, hairdryers, vacuum cleaners and the like - where all of these be selled or affiliated through the website maybe you will create for us.
Design parameters:
We want a serious design that embodies a feeling of honesty, competence and capability.
Visitors should particularly see that this site saves them money!
The home page mainly should act as a selector of possibilities saving money by power-saving, usage of LED bulbs and large energy saving household devices (washing machines, etc.)

- We love 3D effects, but its not a must have. We also like cartoons, but feel free to develop your own concept, please. An appropriate backgrond picture would be nice.
