Brief de Web Design

Looking for designs to optimize 2 pages of our current site design. Our site allows users to find properties to purchase or rent.

Basically there are 4 panes
1. The top red one where you actually type in what you''re looking for.
2. The map pane that shows the properties
3. The scrollable results pane.
4. Property details pane.

A typical search would go like this:
1. User fills in their search criteria in the top pane in red. Clicks Find Homes
2. Site updates the map with properties plotted that fit the criteria. Site also populates the results pane at the bottom. Site shows the most newest property that fits the search criteria on the right.
3. User will scroll through the results pane or the map and click a property.
4. Site will update the property details pane with information on the selected property.

Search/Results Page
This main page needs a search form area, a results area, an area to display details of a property selected, a map to show results, and an area to display a real estate agent's information. The design must be full-screen to use all the space on the screen. All information should fit on a 1366x768 screen size. Please see sample screen shot.

Property Details Page
This one can be fixed width of 978px. This page needs all the elements that are displayed in the sample PNG file. Ideally, we want to be able to see all important information without scrolling on a 1366x768 screen. The important information in this size are Pictures with controls, address, bedrooms, bathrooms, square feet, square feet of the lot, days on market, agent information, and buttons to request a showing or get more information.

Our Goal:
Our goal is to get create a different way to display the data in an effective way. We want different ways to show the search results, maybe a vertical, scrolling list of property information with pictures. Or even a horizontal scrolling results pane. It must contain:

1. A map of the results
2. A way to scroll through the search results (like we have currently in case someone wants to search/sort bedrooms or square footage)
3. A way to view details of the property
4. A way to display agent information/picture
