Brief de Design de Brochure

In need of a 10 page 8.5x11 Promotional Supermodel Media Kit with a cover design. The idea is to do something similar to this media kit as far as what it is:

However for layout design inside, I like it to be a bit different. Little bit more sleeker. Something similar to how they did with these image designs for these brochures:

Needs to be visually appealing. So design layout needs to be done in a way where majority of text content can be placed in center of page with majority of design to be around it. Imagine how you would design it for a tv show similar to America's Next Top Model. So think fashion, glamour, yet elegant. Needs to be done in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator with layers where we can easily change the sample model images.

Within the 10 pages, each page should be designed with Text Headings:
The Text Headings are:

3. Our Organization
4. Agreement
5. Pageant Information
6. Sponsorship
7. Rules & Regulation
8. Things to Pack
9. Itinerary
10. Invitation

As for the text in body, please have text in BLACK on WHITE BACKGROUND. Images can be as background as well as long as it's transparent enough to read text.
