Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for a startup HR consultancy based in the UK called The Talent Collective.

Put simply, the business will advise clients (who are likely to be large or mid sized corporates) how to optimize their recruitment activity to attract and retain the best talent. We will often have teams of people on the customers site and work very closely with them. The business needs to be perceived as both personal and professional.

The four startup members of the team have worked together before and will create a business with a strong, collaborative culture that portrays itself as 'genuinely interested in creating distinctive solutions for our clients'

The Talent Collective brand portrays the fact that we are a collective of the very best people in the marketplace to help clients with their resourcing strategy. And that we are a business that people want to work with because of our innovative thinking, the quality of our outputs and the friendly, yet professional manner in which we conduct ourselves.

We want the logo to have a clean, modern style and colour palette, that reflects
this culture and market positioning.

Our clients will predominantly be HR directors of mid size/large corporaates. Many of them will be people with whom we have had previous interactions. Most customers will be UK or US companies but we plan to operate just in the UK initially

• We must be able to transpose the logo on both dark or white backgrounds

• We are open to the branding being for 'The Talent Collective' or just 'Talent Collective' as we own both domain names. We like the idea of the logo/deign being a combination of black/grey/white with a bold modern colour such as fuschia, lime green, orange, or perhaps silver or gold. We would suggest that a modern rather than traditional font is most likely to suit the positioning of our business. It would be helpfulif this font could be applied to Microsoft Office documents as well as the logo itself.
