Brief de Design de Logo

Hi to all,

I need a logo for a baking supplies shop named "Baker's Central". The designer may put a description "Confectionery & Baking Supplies" in the logo.

I sell to both retail and wholesale clients including: hobbyists, restaurants, bakeshops, culinary students, and schools/universities. I want a logo that promotes BC's brand recognition, brand recall, and makes everyone comfortable to enter our store.

Designers may opt to incorporate initials "BC" in the logo if they wish to make it more modern rather than using a baker's hat. Thank you.
