Brief de Design Wordpress

I need an wordpress design for a hosted wordpress site. I have a new logo for the company, but no corporate design guide/color palette etc.

The main features of the website is a blog and a reference section.

About us
How to (with subpages)
Entrepreneurship (with subpages)
Links

Blog items
I will use keywords and comments, categories and tags.
Images will be used and should be clickable to see larger picture.
