Brief de Design de Flyer

I have already outlined a sell sheet with all necessary information. I just need a good design to turn it into something beautiful to show to potential clients . I need this to be a very nice eye catching presentation that pops.

Could incorporate the colours of the company logo somehow, but doesn't need to. I've attached all necessary logos, images, and info.

The design should be 8.5 x 11 (standard letter) in size allowing for easy printing on any home printer if emailed. I also need to turn this around as fast as possible.
