Brief de Design de Poster

We require a Window card for real estate sales and leasing.

W4 Apartments is a wool store conversion located in the trendy, riverside suburb of Teneriffe, Brisbane. The clientele are generally professional couples working inner city jobs.

The card should reflect the style and colouring of the existing themes of the building, in particular the simple structural aspects with primary colours of black, white, grey, mocha and olive green.

The card should contain the following:
- Header
- Price
- Bed, Bath, Car
- Description
- Photo(s)
- Ad type (i.e. Sale or Lease)

The card will be used in A4 portrait and A3 landscape aspects.
