Brief de Design de Logo

We are looking for a logo for a new company for use on printed material and website etc.
Our business is based in Melbourne Victoria Australia and will provide services primarily in Victoria but can work around Australia.
We have chosen the name Swanson Corporate Solutions. There is no particular significance to "'Swanson" but the term corporate solutions is important as we are providing solutions for companies/businesses that are in financial and/or operational difficulties.
We provide independent assessment of the state of the company/business, identify options, develop a suitable strategy going forward, support the implementation of a strategy and refer them to insolvency professionals as required.
We have no preference to colors but expect the logo would be short and strongly present concepts of independence, confidentiality and experience to produce professional solutions to address the very difficult positions the Directors and their advisers find themselves in.
