Sorry for the confusion - we have coding guys.
What need is a graphic design, layout, navigation through several pages, etc.
The server is Apache, and the software guys will handle implementation.

Sorry but i don't understand what do mean by this " use new logo & also insert kanji character for “Genki” " and where we. will put kanji character for Genki ?

bad logo color .. mean => bad website look ,
except if we change that gray bad color on the logo !!!
beside, that brief was unclear and the documents are long with unimportant informations!! it's not what i need to make a complete website look :p. Sorry i couldn't work on this project
