Brief de Design Graphique

ForeConsulting is a management consulting company; we provide advice on and implement change in the areas of people, practices & technology. That is, we help organisations to change these elements of their organisation (people, practices and technology) to increase business performance - whether that is to support a change in leadership, strategic direction or desired culture, a new way of operating or new technology, or simply to reduce overheads and/or staff levels.

We’ll be updating our website home page, www.foreconsulting.co.nz and we’re looking for three small-ish graphics that will emphasis the work that we do and give our home page impact:
• One that we can use to represent our People work (how we work with organisations to help their staff to thrive, be focused on doing what is important to the organisation, working in a team structure that supports the business to succeed, etc)
• One that we can use to represent our Practices work (the policy, systems and process work that we do to support the business to succeed)
• One that we can use to represent our Technology work

In the future, we’ll probably use them as icons but initially we just want them on our home page in place of the stockphoto we have there now – we’ll also have a lot less text.

It would also be ideal if the three graphics (that represent People, Practices and Technology) can also be used together.


Design Thoughts
• We will be updating our website and expect that our new home page will have significantly less text than the current one – more focused on what services we are offering, acting as the gateway to other sections of the website
• We would prefer the graphics not to be too stereotypical stock photos of people in business attire, etc
• We are looking for a clean, fresh, modern look
• We’re looking for small graphics that represent each of the words – people, practices and technology
• We quite like designs that look like they are hand sketched.

• www.episerver.com (particularly how the 4 Cs at the top of the home page then are used as one graphic further down the page (under Our Products))

• We will retain our logo, colours, the current header (the logo & menu bar) and footer on our website as well as the white background colour – therefore the design needs to work with that. Black/grey tones are probably good.
