Brief de Design de Logo

Hi im creating a online website which will be a guide to things to see and do in London, the website address will be www.lndn.co.uk which is London without the o's. This is sometimes used as an abbreviation for London.

The website will include reviews of Bars, Restaurants, Tourist Attractions etc....

I want the logo to have the letters LNDN, maybe arranged with the tag line London Guide underneath. Or could have just the word LONDON, with the o's which dont stand out as much as the rest of the letters. I'll leave it to your imagination.

I like the logo example below which has used the letters to make a rememberable logo icon.

Id like the logo to be simple, yet bold and able to be displayed on both a white background and also on various coloured backgrounds.

Hi All

Thanks for all the designs so far, the main ones I seem to like are simple yet bold text and shape designs with the use of bright colours.

As the website will have different sections as below, I like the idea of being able to have a customised version of the logo for each section, either the text changed next to LNDN to represent which section, or maybe the colours changed as well.

Accomodation (i.e. Hotels, Apartments etc)
Eating Out
Shopping
Bars & Clubs
Maps (underground maps and maps of london)
Parks (Open Spaces)
Attractions
Tours
Theatre
