Brief de Design de Logo

New startup Recruitment company called "palm recruitment". We focus on supplying Australians into the UAE and Dubai resort hospitality job market.
Initial start up focus will be on 5 and 6 star resort hospitality recruitment then possibly branching into generalist recruitment company, so logo will need to be able to be applied across multiple industries but Has to appeal to 5and 6 star resorts.
Brand - Must be polished and conservative
Final design; must suit Middle East cultures. portray understated confidence and match the image of candidates which are to be of polished,well presented and best of the best. we need to be easily identiable and stand out.
