Brief de Design de Logo

Hello,

The tough economy inspired my friend and I to start a career-oriented nonprofit aimed at helping college kids get jobs. We do this by connecting them with people who currently work in their prospective fields for interview prep and resume guidance.

Much to their (and our!) pleasure, we've successfully helped 8 former students find employment on Wall Street. We're trying to help more people find work and are building our web presence.

Would you please help us with a logo? Our name is "Steps4Ward" and we'd like something that lends itself to the theme of striving forward towards a goal. This is a professionally-oriented nonprofit with a focus on business (we're starting with Wall Street), so please keep those themes in mind. If possible, we'd like to have the web URL (www.steps4ward.org) incorporated somewhere unobtrusively. If it looks horrible like that then feel free to leave it out, but somehow we'd like to convey the URL.
