Hi, what do you meanby "No Mono-Colours"

Mono colors means a single color or various shades of a single color

yes - it means it should be colourfull and not "monochrome" in style.

Another question... In iOS 7 and Yosemite you can find two icon tipes:

- Simple Icons (The function ones inside the app windows) usually only with lines.
In the image you can find these int he top of the app window, the one like a plane, clip, "A" and so on.

- Complex Icons (The ones in the lower bars and some apps but not function icons) with colors, blurs and transparencies.
The ones in the lower bar like finder, safari...


You describe in the description the second type but if your talking of icons for an app Apple usually uses just lines like the Simple Icons.

According to this what kind of icon are you looking for precisely?

The client is looking for icons like the compass, maps and calendar icon.

Not too colourfull, but also not just one colour.
