Brief de Design Wordpress

This project is for a small teaching center on endodontic and micro dentistry in Norway. We need a Wordpress website design to display and highlight dental educational courses. Please use our new logo - see attached file. We like lighter, pastel oriented colors. The following sites are nicely laid out and you can use these as a guideline of sorts but I do want a unique site.

Please create a space for a possible video on the home page. Please include a small contact form on the home page(name, email, phone, text box). Would like a horizonatal naviagtion bar. Would like an image to go across the whole top part of the site and this may rotate. Please use a stock image that shows a classroom type setting. Put phone number at the top of the screen. Put address and sitemap in a footer.
