Brief de Design de Logo

Looking to create a unique Logo for a new liquor store.
This logo should create a brand awareness by using creative color schemes that customers can relate to.
The company name is "Bottle Craft"

We are planning on being a High Volume Liquor store specializing in fine wine, spirits and beers with online sales. We are for a design for a new modern look and feel.

Color options are currently open but leaning toward a red/white theme

I have a attached something we like currently...but designs are open...

2. BOTTLE CRAFT should look modern and industrial, Font needs to be VERY readable from a distance as this design’s primary purpose is for exterior retail store signage. BOTTLE CRAFT will need to be front lit at night. Red/White "current" theme at night. White elements can be black during the day. Overall Red/White/Black seem to be the colors we are leaning towards but again it is open to other colors.
• Bottle logo needs to be modernized/trendy somehow. See attachment as UI inspiration.
• We are open and encourage designs that have a bottle siloutte or hint of the shape as an accent to the overall logo. It doesn’t have to be a dominant center bottle(s) look.

We plan on using this as outdoor channel cut signage and logos for emails, webstore and pylon signs.
