Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for a company called CCSoft (legally called Certisoft consulting inc, but we want to start using the shorthand as it is more convenient).
Reserved url is www.ccsoft.ca (web site is Under construction)
We specialize in mobile phone software design, currently targeting promotion for live events such as fireworks. But we don't want to limit the corporate image and plan to expand in other needs related to mobile solutions, could be totally unrelated to live event promotion
The company tagline is "Mobile solutions for a changing world" (we are still open to adapt the tagline if someone has a fantastic idea)
The final design should communicate our mission and values:
- Mobile phone software
- Solutions for a changing world
- Innovation and Transformation
- Robustness and stability of the solution, good engineering

We have further needs: website, product specific graphics, once we find the right designer and concepts.
