Brief de Design Illustration

We created a new product called "top", which is a customer management system for pharmacies. We need an illustration which clearly explains what "top" is and how it improves the pharmacy business/process. This illustration will be used for our new website www.pdla.com.au/top (not completely finished) and other marketing materials.
Please read the attached file which explains what top is and what we are looking for.

We want to leave it wide open, to you to best express the ideas as you feel and see it should be expressed. In an illustration, flow chart or diagram, open to other ideas that gets the message across almost instantly.

We are looking for a fluid design that within 2 seconds of seeing it - people "just get it".

• - Simple
  - One quick glance and you know what top can do
  - Our leading colours (green and grey) and top-logo (attached file)
  - Difference between current and new situation. Current situation: pharmacists are not sure if customers will return to their store or if they will take their medicines in general. No communication options.
  
  New situation: with top, pharmacists are able to communicate with customers, which will increase store loyalty, efficiency and mecication compliance. Better care for the customers, better business results for the pharmacist.

• For all the services/features of top we have an icon. We attached a file with all those icons. It would be nice if some of those icons would come back in the illustration.
