Brief de Design de Logo

My business name is "Effective Project Management" or EPM for short and I would love to have you design a logo for me.

Some background:
The value proposition is that a 'good' pm will not only manage a project but while doing so will provide transparency for executives to consume and understand program and/or project status. Executives need to know the real honest status of where things are currently at. Including but not limited to: how business functions/processes are working, personnel (are the right people working on the right thing) and technology (is the technology supportive of the business functions and easily maintainable and scalable)
My approach is very visual in nature utilizing easy to understand mind-maps, diagrams and physical charts (borrowing from agile methodologies). I create and provide tools that will help to start/drive conversations among project teams and executives.
My approach is also to simplify solutions and to work on the most important thing at any given time and put maximum focus on that thing before moving on to the next thing.
I want each touch-point with a client to make a client feel empowered, smarter, like they have learned something useful and tangible just by interacting with me.
Lastly, my approach is a 'be patient, ask questions and listen' format with clients. Gather all the data before sharing any findings and certainly before making any recommendations.
