Brief de Design de Logo

We are a pair of experts in the vacation/holiday home rental industry. We provide seminars, workshops, advice and guidance to people who need help marketing their properties to maximise rental bookings.

We need a logo creating which includes our brand name and is appealing to our audience.

Dear designers, thank you for your submission to date.  Whilst several have been interesting, none so far have really been what we are looking for so I will provide some further direction.


Many designs have included the logo of a 'house'.  While this is logical, it has made some of the logos far too 'obvious' in their designs.  Please do feel free to use a house in the logo but it must be more creative and stylish.  The letters VRS could also be used in a clever way.

Our customers have properties from all over the world.  We therefore do not want a logo which relate to one type of vacation/holiday e.g. with palm trees.

Vibrant colours and an iconic, memorable logo is important to us.  The logo itself (without the words) could be used as a badge and symbol on its own.

Dear all,


We have been impressed with some of the recent designs submitted, however we still do not feel we have found the right design yet.  The 'Secrets' element of our service is our key selling point.  Therefore if the logo could reflect this in a creative way, that would be great. This could be a lock and/or key cleverly designed and maybe incorporating or including a house.

We look forward to receiving your further designs.
