Brief de Design de Flyer

We have a new company with new branding and wish to convert our existing Flyers with the new Logo and design. Old company name is RCS, new name is WFSS.

The content can be the same but it needs to look and feel very different. Layout should be different and fresh. The address will be different. We are an international company supplying IT Time & Attendance solutions and these flyers will be used in the UK, Australia and the USA. We will need to be able to change the address and contact numbers ourselves. These will be circulated by email only.

IMPORTANT:
1. Remove all "Microsoft Certified Partner" and "Gold Member Certificate" logos.
2. see attached Zip file for the 5 flyers that need to be redesigned.
3. We need to keep all the text but the address will need to be changed (see the txt file for the new address)
4. You can use the pictures as place holders but it will be changed in the future.
5. Please use the new WFSS logo design where appropriate.
6. We need the layout and colors changed to match the new logo
7. The 5 flyers should look like they are all part of the same set
8. The final source file will need to be a DOC file (the same as the files I have uploaded) where I can edit the files via Microsoft Word.
