what i want is an elegant glossy gold and black Multi purpose brochure which can be used as a blank brochure or as an A4 folder to submit quotations and other documents. so basically first page should have a photo of my own choice, but also if you open the folder in an A3 position it will have a full image of the image on the front page (so its basically half front half back kind of image).

on the inside, we will have a folded gold section down (to place a paper) on both sides right and left. on the left side, i want the Company''s bio and the team.

on the right side is a glimpse of the projects (residential, commercial and retail)

all content can be taken from the website of avkube and Pierre Yvee Rochon 

the last page (the back cover) should have our contact details which i will be posting shortly.


front image can be taken from the website of  Yvee Rochon  and if its not a good idea to put half front half back photo we can always put a full pic in the front and the same faded photo on the back.

the two pages inside could have a watermark of the logo in black on the entirely gold gloss paper with black font.
